食管憩室的气钡双重造影X线诊断

目的探讨食管憩室的气钡双重造影X线表现与诊断。方法对我院22例食管憩室患者气钡双重造影X线片进行回顾性分析,均摄正侧位及双斜位片,其中男16例,女6例。结果咽食管憩室4例,食管中段憩室12例,膈上憩室6例。一般呈类圆形或乳头状钡影突出,边缘光滑整齐,黏膜像显示黏膜伸入其中。结论食管气钡双重造影X线检查是诊断食管憩室的重要方法,少部分患者可表现出突出的临床症状和严重的并发症如憩室穿孔,甚至癌变,故临床高度怀疑病例应尽早行气钡双重X线造影检查。

The X-ray Diagnosis of Double Air-barium Contrast Examination in the Esophageal Diverticulum

Objective To investigate the X-ray manifestations and diagnosis of double air-barium contrast examination in the esophageal diverticulum. Methods X-ray features of 22 cases having esophaged diverticulum proved by double air-bairm contrast,generally take with the X-ray examination of the Apand lateral and dual oblique,including 16 cases (male),6 cases (female). Results There were pharyngeal-esophageal diverticulum 4 cases,diverticulum in the esophageal midtpiece 12 cases,epiphrenic diverticulum 6 cases. They usually shows spherical or papillary,and a smooth edge,mucosa like that is heid in. Conculsion X-ray double air-barium contrast examination is the most easy,reliable and safe method for the diagnosis of esophageal diverticulum,help to avoid the risk of divericulum perforation.
