三七丹参颗粒指纹鉴定研究

摘    要:目的建立三七丹参颗粒的HPLC定量和TLC定性指纹特征图谱。方法用TLC法对三七丹参颗粒中的主要成分三七进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定三七丹参颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量。结果 TLC特征图谱能明显地检出三七;HPLC法测得本品中的特征图谱可确定丹酚酸B的含量在0.02068μg~2.58500μg的范围内,溶液的浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.47%(n=5),RSD为1.8%。结论建立的指纹特征图谱能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的内在质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To set up quantitative measure of SQDSG by HPLC method and qualitative specific fingerprint spectrum of TLC. Methods To differentiate qualitatively the main gradients Sanqidanshen in SQDSG; To measure the content of Salvianolic acid B by HPLC method. Results Sanqi can be detected dramatically by TLC specific chromospectrum;Content of Danfensuan B can be determined by specific fingerprint spectrum with HPLC method, and concentration of conternt by HPLC method, shows a good linear relation with peak area, ranging from 0.02068~2.58500μg, ris 0.9999, the average retrieve rate is 98.47(n=5),RSD is 1.8%. Conclusion The characteristic fingerprint spectrum is a rapid and accurate method for quantitative and qualitative measurement for internal control of the preparation.
