| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妈富隆(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片)治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的疗效。方法对62例青春期功血患者分别采用妈富隆(A组)和结合雌激素倍美力(B组)治疗,观察两组止血时间及效果。结果妈富隆组在显效时间、止血时间及失败率上明显优于结合雌激素组,且副作用小,依从性好。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血方法简便,安全性好,疗效显著,副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) in adolescent patients. Methods 62 patients of adolescent DUB were randomly divided into two groups: Group A of 32 patients was treated with Marvelon;Group B of 30 patients was treated with conjugated estrogens(Premarin) and Medroxyprogesterone acetate. The clinical effects and control bleeding time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Onset time, bleeding-control time and failure rate of group A were significantly better than those of group B; Group A had less side effects and better compliance. Conclusion Marvelon is simple, safe and has significant effect, less side effects in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. |
