| 摘 要： | 目的观察硫酸吗啡控释片对中晚期癌症患者疼痛的临床疗效。方法 56例中晚期癌症患者按量定时给药,每次30～180mg口服,(12～24)h∕次。结果 CR19例(33.9%),PR35例(62.5%),MR2例(3.6%),总有效CR+PR54例(96.4%)。结论硫酸吗啡控释片(美施康定)效果良好,服用方便,副作用小,可作为治疗癌痛的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect and side effect of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets(meishikangding) on medium-term and advanced cancerous pain of patients. Methods Analysis on the treatment effect of paregorics on 56 cases of the patients with cancerous pain. The patients took meishikangding 30～180mg q12～24h po. Results The total effective rate was 96.4%(54/56), including 19(33.9%) cases of CR, 35(62.5%) cases of PR, 2(3.6%) cases of MR. The side effect included nausea, vertigo, constipation and somnolence. Conclusion Morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets(meishikangding) is effective to control medium-term and advanced cancerous pain, easy to take and less side effect. It can be used as drug of choice for treatment of medium-term and advanced cancerous pain. |
