| 摘 要： | 用ZC3b花环和IC-Z花环试验检测7例肝癌病人,29例肺癌病人,32例乳腺癌病人,12例淋巴肉瘤病人红细胞的C3b受体活性、及其表面粘附的免疫复合物。31例年龄相当的正常人作为对照。结果发现各组肿瘤病人红细胞的C3b受体活性明显低下,而红细胞表面粘附的免疫复合物明显增多。此项观察提示肝癌,肺癌,乳腺癌和淋巴肉瘤病人红细胞表面发生变化,特别是介导免疫粘附反应的C3b受体活性发生变化。

| Abstract: | The red cell C3b receptor activity and the quantity of immune-complex adherence to red cell surface of 7 patients with hepatoma, 29 with lung cancer, 32 with breast cancer, 12 with lymphosarcoma,and 31 age-match normal donors were compared by investigating the ability of ZC_3b-rosetts and IC-Z rosetts.In different group of patients with cancer the red cell C_3b receptor activity was significant lower, in contrast, the quantity of immune complex adherence to the surface of erythrocyte was significant increase when compared with age-match controls. These observation suggest that the hepatoma, lung cancer,breast cancer and lymphosarcoma are associated with surface changes of erythrocyte, especially those of the C_3b receptor which are responsible for immune adherence reaction. |
