左氧氟沙星治疗不同性别膀胱炎患者的比较

目的 比较左氧氟沙星对男女单纯性膀胱炎的治疗效果,为临床提供参考.方法 选取2008年～2011年在本院泌尿外科利用左氧氟沙星治疗的不同性别的膀胱炎患者（男156例,女147例）,对氧氟沙星的疗效进行比较并进行统计学分析.结果 痊愈、显效、无效的病例数/率在男性组分别为107（68.6％）、l5（9.6％）、34（21.8％）例,在女性组分别为76（51.7％）、35（23.8％）、36（24.5％）例.男性、女性患者的总有效率分别为78.2％和75.5％,组间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.男性患者的痊愈率明显高于女性患者,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 左氧氟沙星对男性单纯性膀胱炎的治愈率明显高于女性.

Compared of levofloxacin in the treatment of cystitis for different sex

Objectives To discuss the treatment outcome of levofloxacin for male and female simple systitis and provide reference for the clinical practice.Methods 156 male cases and 147 female cases with simple cystitis were chosen and treated by levofloxacin （0.5g a day）,7 days later the therapeutic effects were judged and statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results The cure,effective,ineffective cases/rate were 107 （68.6%）,15 （9.6%）,34 （21.8%） in male group and 76 （51.7%）,35 （23.8%）,36 （24.5 %） in female group.The total effective rate were 78.2% in male group and 75.5% in the female group,which is similar（P 〉 0.05）.The cure rate of the male is higher than that of the female group which is significantly different（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The cure rate for the systitis by levofloxacin is significantly higher than that of female.
