灭鼠毒饵筛选试验研究

目的为选择三峡工程三期蓄水重庆库区库底卫生清理用灭鼠毒饵提供科学依据。方法采用群体饲养有选择摄食试验法比较灭鼠毒饵的适口性和毒效,筛选适口性好、毒效高的毒饵作为重庆库区库底卫生清理用灭鼠毒饵。结果根据灭鼠毒饵评价标准,4种灭鼠毒饵的适口性除1种为较好外,其余3种均为好,其摄食系数分别是:0.29、0.78、0.82、0.62;4种灭鼠毒饵的毒效均为好,死亡率均为100%,其致死天数分别是:5.1、4.8、4.1、4.6 d。结论按灭鼠毒饵的适口性和毒效进行综合评价,4种灭鼠毒饵中,3号毒饵相对最好,优劣次序:3号>2号>4号>1号。因此,三峡工程三期蓄水重庆库区库底卫生清理用灭鼠毒饵,可优先选择3号毒饵,其次为2号和4号毒饵。

Research on screening rodenticide baits

Objective To provide scientific evidence for selecting rodenticide baits for sanitary clear in Three Gorges in Chongqing before and after the third phase water storage.Methods The choice feeding test was used for comparing the palatability and mortality of rodenticide,then screening the most suitable bait for sanitary clear.Results According to the evaluating standard of poison baits,the palatability of three among four rodenticides were good and feeding coefficient were individual.They were 0.29,0.78,0.82,0.62 respectively.Four kinds of poison bait all had good effect against rodents and 100% mortality,whose living periods were 5.1,4.8,4.1 and 4.6 days respectively.Conclusion The poison baits were put in order with comprehensive evaluation of palatability and effect.Bait No.3 was suggested for sanitary clear in Three Gorges in Chongqing,next were No.2 and No.4.
