PBL与传统教学方法在医学免疫学实验教学中的比较研究

摘    要:与传统教学法相比较,分析PBL在本科医学免疫学实验课的教学效果。结果:PBL班对理解与分析型试题的考试成绩提高极为显著(P〈0.01)。在反馈意见调查中,95.35%的受试学生对PBL持肯定态度。结论:PBL在医学免疫学实验教学中是可行的,其教学效果明显好于传统教学法。

Comparison and research between problem-based learning(PBL)and lecture-based Iearning(LBL)in medical immunology experiment teaching

Abstract:By comparing with LBL group,this paper studies the effects of PBL group in medical immunology experiment teaching. The average scores of PBL group for answering comprehension type questions are significantly higher than those of LBL group(P〈0.01). The results of questionnaire show that more than 93. 76% of the students hold a positive attitude to PBL teaching way. Conclusions:PBL is much better than LBL teaching way,and is feasible in medical immunology experiment teaching.
