| 摘 要： | 影响异体角膜缘／角膜缘干细胞移植术成败的关键是术后移植排斥反应的防治。在参阅有关文献后，本文对术后移植排斥反应的机制、表现及早期诊断和处理方法等诸多方面进行了较为全面的综述。
