利多卡因在重型颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用

目的:对利多卡因在重型颅脑损伤病人治疗应用中的临床疗效总结。方法:共169例重型颅脑损伤病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组86例,均于发病(或伤后)24h内行常规治疗 利多卡因治疗。对照组83例行常规治疗,对两组胃泌素、抗利尿素、血糖、胃PH值进行测定,并观察两组的临床疗效、并发症、死亡率。结果:与对照组相比,利多卡因治疗组胃泌素、抗利尿素、血糖明显下降,消化道出血、心率失常等并发症显著减少,死亡率降低。结论:利多卡因的应用有效降低重型颅脑损伤病人的应激损伤,提高临床疗效,降低病死率。

The Application of Lidocaine in Treating Patients with Severe Traumatic Head Injury

Objective: To research the patient's clinical effect by using lidocaine to treating patients with the severe traumatic head injury.Method: Divide 169 severe traumatic head injury patients into 2 groups,the patients randomly divided into treatment and control groups.86 cases,as treatment group,were used lidocaine.In the incidence(or injured after) 24-hour non conventional treatment lidocaine treatment.83 cases as control group,were not used lidocaine,resisting Gas,ADH,blood glucose,hydrochloric acid in gastric juice and the clinical characteristics of two groups were recorded and observed two clinical efficacy and complications,mortality.Result: The level of Gas,ADH,blood glucose,digestive hemorrhage,heart disorders and other complications significant reduction in mortality reduction.of dying patients in treatment group decreased obviously after treatment.Conclusion: Lidocaine applications effectively lowers severe traumatic head injury patients stress injuries,and enhance clinical efficacy,lower CFRs.
