临床医生对护理工作满意度的调查与分析

目的了解临床医生对护理工作的满意度,为进一步提升护理质量提供依据。方法使用自行设计的临床医生对护理工作满意度调查问卷对临床医生进行调查。结果临床医生对护理工作满意度总体平均分为(4.874±0.24)分,各维度得分从高到低为专业素质、医护合作、专业技能、专业发展、病房管理;不同特征的临床医生对护理工作满意度基本无差异。结论临床医生对护理工作总体满意度较好,但仍需加强病房管理,注重护士综合能力的培养。

Investigation and analysis on clinicians' satisfaction level on nursing job

Objective To study clinicians＇ satisfaction level on nursing job and provide evidence for improving nursing quality.Method Investigate clinicians by self-designed questionnaire on clinicians＇ satisfaction level on nursing job.Result The average score of clinicians＇ satisfaction level on nursing job is（4.874±0.24）.Scores of professional quality,physician-nurse collaboration,professional skills,professional development and ward management are from high to low.There is no significant difference on satisfaction level on nursing job between clinicians with different characters.Conclusion Clinicians have generally high satisfaction level on nursing job.But ward management should still be enhanced and nurses＇ comprehensive ability should be trained.
