护理本科生评判性思维能力状况及其影响因素的调查与分析

摘    要:目的了解护理本科生评判性思维能力状况及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况问卷、中文版加利福尼亚评判性思维能力测量表对369名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生评判性思维能力总分为(275.27±26.36)分,其中"寻求真相"维度得分最低;求知欲随年级增长得分增加;担任学生干部的护生分析能力、评判性思维自信心明显高于未担任学生干部的护生;来自城镇的护生分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维自信心及总分明显高于来自农村的护生。结论护理本科生评判性思维能力倾向性很强者寥寥无几,倾向性不明和正性倾向性参半;年级、是否担任学生干部及家庭来源影响其评判性思维能力得分,学校教育者应采取相关措施加强护理本科生评判性思维能力的培养。

Abstract:Objective To study the status of critical thinking ability and its influencing factors for nursing undergradu-ates. Method Investigate 369 nursing undergraduates by general situation questionnaire and Chinese Version of California Critical Thinking Skills Test. Result The total score of critical thinking ability for nursing undergraduates is (275. 27± 26.36), among which score of “searching for truth” is the lowest. Score of thirst for knowledge grow by ages. Student ca- dres of nursing undergraduates have obviously better analysis ability and critical thinking confidence than others. Nursing undergraduates from cities and towns have obviously higher total scores on analysis ability, systematization ability and criti- cal thinking confidence than nursing undergraduates from rural areas. Conclusion Few nursing undergraduates have strong tendentiousness of critical thinking ability. Half of them have unclear tendentiousness and half have positive tendentious- ness. Grade, whether to be a student cadre and family origin affect their score of critical thinking ability. School educators should take measures to enhance cultivation on critical thinking ability for nursing undergraduates.
