脑卒中二级康复期介入康复护理路径的成本—效果分析

目的分析康复护理路径介入脑卒中二级康复期康复护理的成本—效果。方法将58例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组药物及康复训练方案相同,对照组采用传统医疗护理干预,观察组采用康复护理路径干预。在入院及干预后3个月采用功能综合评定量表及改良Barthel指数进行康复疗效评价;采集两组患者的直接医疗费用、直接非医疗费用和间接费用作为卫生经济学评价。结果干预3月后两组患者功能综合评定量表及改良Barthel指数均较干预前改善,观察组较对照组效果更佳(P0.01);两组各项费用比较,观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论康复护理路径可有效降低脑卒中患者二级康复期的经济支出,提高患者日常生活自理能力。

Cost-effectiveness analysis on rehabilitation nursing pathway intervention for stroke in secondary convalescence

Objective To analyze cost-effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing pathway intervention tor stroke in second- ary convalescence. Method Divide 58 patients into observation group and control group randomly. Patients in control group receive routine nursing intervention and patients in observation group receive rehabilitation nursing pathway intervention based on the same medicine and rehabilitation plan. Assess rehabilitation effect by Functional Comprehensive Assessment Scale （FCA） and Modified Barthel Index （MBI）. Health economic evaluation is determined by collecting patients＇ direct medical cost, direct non-medical cost and indirect cost at admission and 3 months after intervention of two groups. Result Results of FCA and MBI for patients in two groups after 3 months＇ intervention are all improved. But observation group has a more obvious improvement （P〈0. 01）. Costs in observation groups is obviously lower than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing pathway can reduce costs of stroke in secondary convalescence and improve patients＇ daily life ability.
