急性消化道穿孔的超声诊断

目的 总结急性消化道穿孔的超声诊断特点.方法 对16例上腹剧痛急腹症患者进行超声检查,拟诊急性消化道穿孔的超声诊断.结果 除1例漏诊,其余均经临床外科手术证实为消化道穿孔.结论 超声诊断急性消化道穿孔具有较高的准确性,不仅可以大致判断穿孔的部位,同时可以观察穿孔周围及腹腔情况,可以作为诊断急性消化道穿孔的重要手段,具有较高的临床实用价值.

Objective To summarize ultrasonic diagnosis for acute perforation of digestive tract. Methods Ultrasonography was performed on 16 cases of epigastric pain patients with acute abdomen, quasi ultrasound diagnosis of acute perforation of digestive tract. Results Except for 1 cases of missed diagnosis, the rest were confirmed by surgical operation confirmed for digestive tract perforation.
