参麦注射液联用都可喜治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察参麦注射液和都可喜联合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的临床效果及安全性。方法将83例VBI患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例，治疗组予参麦注射液和都可喜联合治疗，对照组予低分子右旋糖酐治疗。结果治疗组的痊愈率（33．33％）和总有效率（92．86％）均显著高于对照组的14．63％和68．29％（P〈0．05和P〈0．005），且无明显副作用。结论联用参麦注射液和都可喜治疗VBI具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Effects of combining ShenMai injection with duxil for patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Objective To investigate the effects and safety of combining ShenMai injection with duxil for patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI). Methods 83 VBI cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, receiving treatments of combining ShenMai injection with duxil and dextran-40 respectively. Results The cure rate and total effectiveness rate of treatment group were 33.33% and 92.86% respectively, which were significantly higher than 14.63% and 68.29% of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.005),and had few side effects. Conclusion Combining ShenMai injection with duxil for patients with VBI is effective and can be widely used in clinic.
