| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 60例突聋病人，随机抽取30例为中西医结合治疗组，30例为西医治疗对照组。结果 总有效率治疗组76．7％，对照组46．7％，治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 中西医结合治疗突聋值得推广。

| Abstract: | ve To investigate the therapeutics effect of integrated therapy with Western and Chinese Medicines on sudden hearing loss. Methods 60 cases with sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in treating group treated by an integrated therapy with Western and Chinese Medicines and 30 cases in controlling group treated only by chemical drugs. Results A total effective rate of 76. 7% was seen in treating gruou, significantly higher than that of 46. 7% in controlling group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The integrated therapy with Western and Chinese Medicines is effective on sudden hearing loss and is worth to be used in clinic parctice. |
