P53表达对结肠癌肝转移的临床预测价值

目的探讨P53阳性表达对结肠癌早期肝转移的预测价值。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测52例结肠癌标本的P53表达,并完成2年随访,对其表达率行相关性分析。结果P53的阳性表达在大肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结有无肿瘤细胞转移及随访2年后有无肝转移中均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论P53的表达对结肠癌早期肝转移有一定的预测作用,有益于临床对结肠癌的评估、治疗。

Clinical significance of P53 in hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of p53 in earlier period hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical stains of Elivision were used to study the expression of p53 in 52 cases of colonic carcinoma from April 2002 to May 2004,and two years' follow-up study were completed.Correlation analysis about the expression of p53 was carried out afterwards.Results Significant correlations(P<0.05)were found about the expression of p53 in colonic carcinoma' Dukes Staging、lymph node metastasis and hepatic metastasis after two years' follow-up study.Conclusion The expression of p53 has invariable anticipation in earlier period hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma.It is beneficial for appraisal and therapy about colonic carcinoma.
