| 摘 要： | 本文测定了68例高原移居者的右心射血前期(RPEP)和右心射血时间(RVET)。结果表明:高原性肺动脉高压患者的RPEP与正常人的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。肺阻抗血流图右心收缩时间间期测定在反映肺动脉高压程度上较X线和超声心动图等诊断手段有更高的敏感性,可作为高原性肺动脉高压的可靠诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Results of measurement by lung rheography of right heart pre ejection period (RPEP) and right ventricule ejection time ( RVET ) in 68 plateau immigrants are reported in this article, The results show that there is a very significant difference in RPEP between the normal and the patients of high altitude pulmonary hypertention (p<0.01 ) . Lung rheography-STI is more sensitive in diagnosing pulmonary hypertention than some other methods, such as X-ray, UCG, which only detect the enlarged right heart in later stage. Therefore, lung rheography may be used as a reliable early diagnostic- method in confirming HAPH. |
