| 摘 要： | 目的通过对双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形特点的分析,探索矫治双侧唇裂术后继发鼻唇畸形的一种理想方法。方法自2005年1月至2008年12月对12例双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形患者在前唇设计上唇V形皮瓣,延长鼻小柱、增加前唇高度;同时在下唇设计Abbe瓣,转移至上唇修复唇珠,协调上下唇宽度,从而改善双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形。结果所有皮瓣存活,术后鼻唇外形明显改善。结论采用上唇V形皮瓣联合下唇Abbe瓣可以较好地修复双侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形。
