摘    要:缝隙连接(GJ)由缝隙连接蛋白(Cx)构成,GJ作为细胞间的一种特殊通道介导着细胞间电和化学信号的传递,在维持电和机械耦联的正常进行以确保心肌协调收缩方面起着重要作用。GJ重构易致微折返形成,因而心房颤动容易产生和维持。

Abstract:Gap junction(GJ) composed of connexins,which is a special membrane pathway,mediates the transmission of electrical and chemical signals.It plays an important role in maintaining normal electromechanical coupling for synchronized contraction of myocardium.The remodeling of GJ is prone to form microreentry,which tends to cause and maintain the atrial fibrillation.
