| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性泪小管断裂吻合的手术技巧。方法在手术显微镜下应用直视法、逆行法寻找泪小管鼻侧断端,行插管吻合修复泪小管断裂,留置硬膜外腰麻管于泪道3个月,拔管后应用庆大霉素、地塞米松混合液冲洗泪道,局部滴妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液。结果本组手术治愈率94.12%。结论泪小管断裂I期吻合成功率高,术中尽可能直视下寻找鼻侧泪小管断端。
