| 摘 要： | 对44名铅作业五年以上的女工及39名对照进行外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)及染色体畸变(CA)等检测,发现铅作业组SCE、CA、血铅、尿铅及尿粪卟啉均显著高于对照组,但畸变均甚微小且两组淋巴细胞经不同浓度丝裂霉素C诱发之SCE 率均呈显著相关,初步提示铅作业不致对正常机体造成明显的遗传毒作用。

| Abstract: | This paper reports sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and chromosome aberration (CA) in lymphocytes of peripheral blood in 44 women who have been working constantly in an atmosphere contaminated by lead over 5 years and a control group of 39 healthy women. The result showed that the levels of blood and urine lead, coproporphyrin, SCE and CA in the group of lead workers were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group, but the genetic aberrations were mild. Significant correlation between SCE frequencies and MMC concentrations was observed in the above mentioned two groups. It suggests that repairment of DNA lesion induced by lead poisoning may not cause intensive genetic aberration. |
