| 摘 要： | 目的 观察长春瑞滨(NVB)、异环磷酰胺(IFO)和顺铂(DDP)方案治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效和毒性。方法 46例晚期乳腺癌采用NVB25mg／m^2，d1、d8；异环磷酰胺(IFO)2．0dl～d5，Mesna400mg静滴，3次／13(每4小时一次)；DDP20mg/m^2,d1～d5；每28天一个周期，完成2个周期后评价疗效。结果 总有效率(CR PR)63．04％，CR0例，PR29例。最常见的毒副反应为血液毒性及胃肠道反应。结论 NIP方案治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效较高，毒副作用可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of NIP regimen(NVB,IFO and DDP)in metastatic breast cancer.Methods 46 patients with advanced breast cancer were treated by NIP regimen.NVB 25mg/m2 iv on day 1 and 8;IFO 2.0 iv on days 1 to 5,and Mesna 400mg iv at hours 0,4,8 on day 1;DDP 20mg iv on days 1 to 5.Every 28 days were as one cycle.Assessment was given after 2 cycles.Results The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 63.04%.The major side effects were myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The study shows that the regimen of NIP is effective and tolerable fro treatment of advanced breast cancer. |
