| 摘 要： | 目的：总结426例慢性乙型重型肝炎的治疗经验，探讨中西医结合治疗的时机及疗效。方法：所有病例均采用常规中西医结合保肝、退黄、支持、对症等治疗，部分病例应用人工肝及抗病毒治疗，总结疾病不同阶段的疗效与并发症情况。结果：426例慢性乙型重型肝炎患者总有效率31.5％，病死率14．5％，无效率54．0％，其中早期有效率93，9％．中期有效率57．1％，晚期有效率仅为11．6％。结论：慢性乙型重型肝炎治疗的有效率较低，目前仍缺乏特效治疗手段。但对早期、中期重型肝炎患者，中西医结合治疗仍有较好效果，因此早期合理治疗是重型肝炎治疗的关键。
