安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床研究

目的探讨安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的临床疗效及治疗前后脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF—α）、一氧化氮（NO）含量的影响。方法病毒性脑炎昏迷患儿86例，按入院顺序先后随机分为两组，两组均给予纳洛酮静脉注射及常规予以退热、止惊、降颅压及支持治疗，治疗组加用安宫牛黄丸鼻饲。观察两组患儿临床疗效及治疗前后脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、一氧化氮（NO）变化。结果临床显效率治疗组高于对照组；脑脊液中TNF-α、NO含量治疗后治疗组较治疗前明显下降，对照组下降不明显。结论安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮治疗儿童病毒性脑炎使患儿昏迷时间明显缩短、脑脊液中TNF-α、NO下降明显。

Study on treatment of viral encephalitis of children.by Angong niuhuang pill combined Naloxone

Objective To study the clinical effect of Angong-niuhuang pill combined naloxone in treating viral encephalifis of children.Methotis 86 c88es of viral encephalitis were in eonla,they were divided into two groups by the order of hospitalization,the two groups were treated by injecting naloxone,reducing fever,stopping convulsion,lowering the press inside skull and supporting treatment,treated group was added nasal feeding of angong niuhuang pill.To observe the clinical effect of two groups and chande of tumor nerosis factora(TNF-α)and nitrous oxide(NO)in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)before and after treatment.Results The clinical effect of treated group was better than control group;the TNF-aand NO in CSF of treated group declined more obvious than control group.Conclusion Angong niuhuang pill combined naloxone can shorten the coma time of children's viral encephalitis,decline the TNF-αand NO in CSF obviously.
