| 摘 要： | 海南省总人口819万,有近百万人未脱离贫困.妇幼医疗救助是卫生Ⅸ项目中改善贫困人口妇幼卫生服务利用的一项重要内容,项目以"改善特困家庭中孕产妇和5岁以下儿童卫生服务的经济可及性,提高基层妇幼卫生服务和管理能力"为目标.现就项目的实施效果进行评价. |
