| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见病、多发病,是引起腰痛或腰腿痛的主要原因。腰椎间盘突出症除保守治疗和开放手术外,近年开展的微创介入手术治疗正逐渐被临床认识和应用。微创外科手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效显著,损伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快等优点。正确认识腰椎间盘微创手术,严格适应证和熟练的操作技巧是取得良好疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is the common and frequently-occurring diseasse,which is the main causeof low back pain or backleg pain.Its microinvasive surgical therapy developed recently is being recognized and applied in clinic besides its conservative therapy and opening surgery.Microinvasive surgery has many advantages in treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,which includes obvious therapeutic effect,less injury and complication,rapid postoperative recovery and so on.Correct recognition of its microinvasive surgery,strictly grasp of its indication and perfect operative techniques are the keys to get good therapeutic efficacy. |
