| Abstract: | Clinical institutions, also referring to the out -of -school teaching hospitals, are committed for the health care, fulfillment of teaching affairs and medical research. The results of teaching management of these institutions may directly affect the quality of teaching, mastery of the involved medical theories and qualification of the clinical practice for the medical students. This paper aims at dealing with the aspects of current problems in the supervision by suggesting some countermeasures. |
