| 摘 要： | 目的分析2010年厦门市手足口病重症和死亡病例（重型病例）地区差异原因。方法对36例手足口病重型病例进行流行病学调查,并收集同期厦门市各医疗机构报告的2 396例手足口病病例资料,进行对比分析,探讨影响本市手足口病重型病例地区差异原因。结果重型病例的＂发病―诊断＂间隔天数长于普通病例;重型病例较多的地区,患者初诊多为市级以下的医疗机构。结论影响厦门市手足口病重型病例地区差异的原因,值得引起注意和深入研究。
