| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧联合药物治疗突发性耳聋（suddendeafness，SD）的疗效。方法2008年2月-2010年7月，对174例SD患者采用高压氧（治疗压力0．2MPa）及配合扩血管、营养神经等药物进行治疗，并观察其疗效。结果高压氧联合药物治疗SD总有效率为85．7％，SD的发病就诊时间是影响预后的主要因素，发病就诊时间≤7d时，治疗有效率可达95．6％；≥15d时，疗效明显降低。结论高压氧联合药物治疗SD疗效确切，且高压氧治疗越早疗效越好。
