| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of Survivin,Cyclin D1 and P16 in precancerous gastric lesions and relationship between them.Methods Immunohistochemical analysis of the encoded proteins was performed on a series of 112 cases.The statistic software SPSS 13.0 was used to analyse the results.Results The positive expression of survivin had remarkable difference between precancerous gastric lesions and normal mucous membrane.The overexpression of Cyclin D1 in gastric tissue was found in more than 55% of ... |
