| 摘 要： | 目的 了解福建省公共场所中央空调冷却塔水及冷凝水分离的嗜肺军团菌KatB基因携带状况.为该病防控提供基础研究资料.方法 采用PCR法对2008-2010年从其水中分离的84株菌株进行KatB基因检测.结果 从冷却塔水分离的78株中有25株扩增出了2.7 kb的KatB毒力基因片段.阳性率为32.1％;在25株阳性菌株中...
