| 摘 要： | 目的 建立醇提三七总皂苷副产物三七多糖的提取及含量测定方法.方法分别收集生产上的三七废渣、大孔树脂水洗废液,浓缩,采用水提醇沉的提取工艺,提取三七多糖.用硫酸-蒽酮显色法测定多糖含量.结果三七废渣中提取物的收率为1.71%,多糖含量为56.70%；废液中提取物的收率为0.45%,含量为21.08%.测定三七多糖含量时,...
