| 摘 要： | 目的 了解金黄色葡萄球菌femB基因表达水平与其对苯唑西林不同耐药表型的关系.方法 从临床送检标本中分离71株非重复金黄色葡萄球菌,琼脂对倍稀释法测定苯唑西林的最低抑菌浓度,产色头孢菌素纸片法测定菌株产β-内酰胺酶情况;将28株非产β-内酰胺酶金黄色葡萄球菌株按对苯唑西林的最低抑菌浓度分为敏感组、低耐组、高耐组,采用实...
