| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动态排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘检查中的诊断价值.方法 采用数字胃肠机对便秘患者进行动态排粪造影检查,选用4帧/s的采集速度数字化摄影,然后对直肠-肛管动态变化进行分析、测量.结果 17例便秘患者中出现直肠前突者16例,肛管狭窄1例,直肠前突患者合并盆底肌痉挛12例,合并耻骨直肠肌肥厚4例,合并直肠黏膜...
