| 摘 要： | 作者报告了采用肝叶段切除为主并联合其它治疗方法治疗肝内胆管结石及狭窄患者５８例的经验和体会。随访４８人，随访时间５个月～１０年，残石率为１０．３％，优良率为９４．７％。本文讨论了肝叶段切除术的病理生理学依据、意义、适应证及手术操作技术要点，提出充分而又合理地采用肝叶段切除术，将提高肝内胆管结石及狭窄的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the experience of lobectomy and segmental resection of liver and other surgical procedures in the treatment of 58 patients with intrahepatic stone(S)and high hepatic duct stricture(s). Fortyeight patients(82.8%)were followed up for 5 months to 10 years. The results showed that in this series the postoperative retained stone(s)rate was 10.3%, and the results were excellent and good in 94.7 % of patients. The importance, indications, and procedures of liver resection for intrahepatic stone(s)with high hepatic duct stricture(s)are discussed in the paper. |
