LEEP刀联合康复新液在治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床应用

目的:探讨康复新液配合LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:298例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组146例,采用LEEP刀术后加康复新口服及局部湿敷,对照组152例,单纯LEEP刀切除,观察两组患者术后阴道排液量,排液时间,术后出血量及出血时间,随访观察创面愈合情况,判断疗效。结果:治疗组术后阴道排液量、排液时间、术后出血时间均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:LEEP刀配合康复新液治疗慢性宫颈炎可以促进创面愈合,减少并发症,有一定临床意义。

To observe the clinical curative effect of LEEP procedure combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in chronic cervicitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of LEEP procedure combined with the Kangfuxin Liquid in chronic cervicitis. Methods:298 cases of chronic cervicitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,146 cases in the test group are first treated with the LEEP procedure,then with clothes soaded with the Kangfuxin liquid placed in their virginals. 152 cases in the control group are simply treated with LEEP procedure alone,to observe vaginal drainage volume,drainage time,blood loss and postoperative bleeding time in two groups. To follow-up the curative effect. Results:The treatment group of postoperative vaginal drainage,drainage time,postoperative bleeding time is less than the control group,the more similar between the two groups have statisti-cal significance. Conclusion:LEEP precedure combinedwith the Kangfuxin Liquid treatment of chronic cervicitis and rehabilitation can promote wound healing and reduce complications,has a certain clinical significance.
