瘦素在病理性瘢痕中的表达及临床意义

目的:观察瘦素(leptin)在人病理性瘢痕中的表达情况,初步探讨瘦素与人病理性瘢痕发生的关系。方法:用PCR法检测人的10例正常皮肤,10例增生性瘢痕和10例瘢痕疙瘩组织中瘦素mRNA的表达。结果:正常皮肤瘦素mRNA呈现低表达,为0.55±0.17;增生性瘢痕组织有高表达,为0.86±0.13;瘢痕疙瘩组织呈现超高表达,为1.32±0.15。瘦素mRNA在增生性瘢痕组和瘢痕疙瘩组中的表达量都明显高于正常皮肤组(P<0.01),在瘢痕疙瘩组的表达量明显高于增生性瘢痕组(P<0.01)。结论:瘦素在病理性瘢痕中表达较高,在瘢痕疙瘩组织中尤其高,瘦素的表达程度与瘢痕的纤维化程度一致,瘦素在人的病理性瘢痕的发生发展中起到一定的作用,但具体的机制及是否可以作为瘢痕治疗的新靶点还需要进一步研究。

The differential expression and clinical significance of leptin in two kinds of pathological scar tissues by PCR

Objective:To investigate the expressions of leptin in human pathological scar tissue and its relationship with the pathogenesis. Methods:The expressions of leptin in 10 specimens of normal skin,10 specimens of hypertrophic scars and 10 specimens of keloid were detected by PCR. Results:The expression level of leptin in hypertrophic scars and keloid was significantly higher than those in normal skin(P<0. 01);the expression level of leptin in keloid was significantly higher than those in hypertrophic scars(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The expression of leptin is higher in pathological Scar. The expression level of leptin is accordance with the level of fibrosis. It is possible that leptin plays a role in the development of pathological scar. Further studies are needed to confirm the specific mechanism and whether it can be used as one target spot to treat the pathological scar.
