全数字化X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的对比研究

摘    要:目的:探讨全数字化X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的对比研究。方法:对2013年1月至2013年12月期间在我院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者66例及乳腺良性肿瘤患者34例进行回顾分析,患者均使用全数字化X线摄影法与彩色多普勒超声诊断法进行检查。将患者术后的病理情况与检查结果进行对比,对两种方法的确诊率进行判定,并对两组方法联合后的准确率进行研究。结果:100例患者中,单发病灶81例,多发病灶19例。经全数字化X线摄影诊断后,诊断符合率为76.0%,经彩色多普勒超声诊断后,诊断符合率77.0%。两者联用诊断符合率为91.0%。结论:全数字化X线摄影与彩色多普勒超声诊断在乳腺癌诊断上均有较高诊断率,相比之下,彩色多普勒超声诊断的诊断率稍大于全数字化X线摄影,若将两者联用,可明显增大诊断符合率,为医护人员对乳腺癌患者的治疗奠定基础。

With fully digital X-ray photography of the comparison of the color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer
Abstract:Objective:to study the fully digital X-ray photography compared with color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer research. Methods:between January 2013 and December 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of 66 patients with breast cancer and breast benign tumor patients and review analysis,patients with full digital X-ray tomography and color doppler ultrasonic di-agnosis method for inspection. Patients with postoperative pathological condition compared with test results,to identify the positive rate of the two methods,and to study the accuracy of the two groups after method combined. Results:100 cases of patients,single lesions in 81 cases,19 cases multiple lesions. After fully digital X-ray photography diagnosis,diagnostic coincidence rate was 76. 0%,color doppler ultrasound diagnosis was77. 0%,diagnostic coincidence rate was 91. 0%. Conclusion:fully digital X-ray photography and color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis in diagnosis of breast cancer have a high diagnostic rate,by contrast,color doppler ultrasound diagnosis,the diag-nostic rate of larger all over digital X-ray photography if a combination of both,can obviously increase the diagnostic coincidence rate, and lay a foundation for the medical staff on the treatment of patients with breast cancer.
