| 摘 要： | 目的 研究导管射频消融术（ＲＦＣＡ）对特发性室性惊动国过速速（ＩＶＴ）患者ＱＴ、ＪＴ离散度（ＡＴｄ、ＪＴｄ）的影响。方法 测量１５例ＩＶＴ患者ＲＦＣＡ术前、术后的ＱＴｄ、ＪＴｄ。结果 ＩＶＴ患者ＲＦＣＡ术关、术后ＱＴｄ、ＪＴｄ均无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 ＲＦＣＡ不影响ＩＶＴ患者心室肌复极离散度。

The influence of radiofrequency catheter ablation on QT and JT dispersions in idiopathic ventricular tachycardia |

| Abstract: | Objective This study was to investigate the influence of radiofreguency catheter ablation(RFCA) on QT and JT dispersions in patients with the idiopathic ventricular tachycardia(IVT).Method QT and JT dispersions were measured in 15 patients with IVT before and after RFCA.Results QT and JT dispersions had no significant differece before and after RFCA in patients with IVT( P >0 05) Conclusion RFCA may not effect the dispersion of ventricular repolarization in patients with IVT. |
