临床护士工作压力调查研究

目的 探讨临床护士由于工作压力而产生的心理问题。方法 2008年6月—2009年10月对3所2级甲等综合医院510名在职护士的心理状况进行调查。结果 347人（68.03%）存在不同程度的心理不适,其中比例最高的是对临床护理工作的疲劳感（98人,28.24%）和临床护理工作的焦虑（86人,24.78%）;工作压力来源中,主要是增多的护患纠纷（130人,37.46%）和体力劳动过多（78人,22.49%）。结论 临床护士由于工作压力产生了不同的心理问题。应通过加强临床专科理论知识学习和操作技能训练,建立和谐的护患、医护等社会关系,以减少压力、消除负担,同时做到合理排班、劳逸结合,这样才能不断减轻临床护士工作中的心理压力,提高临床护士的工作效率。

Survey on Work Pressure of Medical Nurses

Objective To explore psychological problems of medical nurses generated from work stress. Methods From June 2008 to October 2009, psychological status of 510 nurses was investigated by self-made questionnaire scale. Results Psychological discomforts were found in 347 nurses （68.03%）, and the first two were fatigue （98, 28. 24%） and anxiety （86, 24.78%） due to nursing work. The work stress came mainly from increased dispute between nurse and patient （130, 37. 46%） and heavy work （78, 22. 49%）. Conclusion Different psychologic problems exist in medical nurses due to works stress. We should strengthen to learn the theoretical knowledge of medical care and carry out skills training. Establishment of harmonious nurses and patients, health care and other social relations, is helpful to eliminate the burden. The efficiency of medical nurses is enhanced by reasonable arrangement of work and rest.
