| 摘 要： | 目的：研究胺碘酮治疗心房颤动的疗效。方法：用胺碘酮治疗心房颤动患者68例（阵发性心房颤动40例,持续性心房颤动28例）。结果：连续用药治疗6个月显示治疗有效率分别为92.5%、75%。治疗12个月有效率分别为85.3%、68%。结论：胺碘酮治疗心房颤动安全有效,副作用小,可作为首选药。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study amiodarone therapy for atrial fibrillation.Methods： Sixty cases with atrial fibrillation were treated with amiodarone（40 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,28 cases of persistent atrial fibrillation）.Results： Drug treatment for 6 months showed that the efficiency of treatment were 92.5% and 75% respectively.The treatment efficiency of 12 months were 85.3% and 68% respectively.Conclusion： Amiodarone is a safe and effective treatment of atrial fibrillation with fewer side effects,and it can be used as drugs of the first choice. |
