血清CA125、CA19-9和骨桥蛋白水平对子宫内膜异位症诊断价值

目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）联合血清CA125和CA19-9水平对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值。方法2005年1月-2008年12月采集45例子宫内膜异位症患者及45名健康妇女自愿捐赠的血清样品,分别采用ELISA法及化学发光法检测OPN、CA125、CA19-9水平。结果与健康妇女相比,子宫内膜异位症患者血清OPN和CA125、CA19-9含量明显升高（P〈0.01）。重度组（美国生育学会分期Ⅲ、Ⅴ期）子宫内膜异位症患者OPN和CA125、CA19-9明显高于轻度组（Ⅰ、Ⅱ期）（P〈0.01）。结论OPN、CA19-9可作为子宫内膜异位症诊断及病情监测的临床指标,联合CA125检测可提高其临床应用价值。

Detection of Serum Osteopontin,CA125 and CA19-9 in Patients with Endometriosis and its Signficances

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of osteopontin（OPN）,serum CA125 and CA19-9 for endometriosis.Methods Serum samples of 45 patients with endometriosis and 45 cases of healthy women were collected,respectively from January 2005 to December 2008.OPN was determined using ELISA method and CA125,CA19-9 level were detected by chemiluminescence.Results Compared with the healthy women,OPN and CA125,CA19-9 of patients with endometriosis were significantly increased（P〈0.01）.OPN and CA125,CA19-9 of patients with endometriosis in severe group（AFS stage Ⅲ and Ⅴ）was significantly higher than those of mild group（AFS stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion OPN and CA19-9 can be used as diagnostic and surveillance indicators for endometriosis.Combination of OPN,CA19-9 and CA125 detection can improve their clinical value.
