腺性膀胱炎60例的临床诊治体会

目的：探讨腺性膀胱炎的临床病理诊断与治疗及预后,为临床提供腺性膀胱炎的诊断依据及治疗资料。方法：对2008年3月～2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的60例腺性膀胱炎的临床表现、病理诊断、治疗及预后情况进行统计分析。对60例确诊为腺性膀胱炎的患者,均采用经尿道等离子电切术治疗,治疗组术后吡柔吡星膀胱内灌注治疗,对照组不包含此项治疗。结果：经随机回访,治疗组30例预后良好,无复发。对照组18例预后良好,12例复发。结论：临床表现、膀胱镜检查可作为腺性膀胱炎的最初诊断依据,病理诊断可作为腺性膀胱炎的最终证实。经尿道等离子电切术加术后膀胱腔内灌注化疗是目前治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效方法。

Clinical Study of 60 Cases of Cystitis Glandularis

Objective： By investigate the clinical and pathological perspective of cystitis glandularis to provide the clinical diagnosis and treatment information for these diseases.Methods： Sixty cases of glandular cystitis patients were collected from Mar.08 to Jan.09.They were departed to treated group and control group,each group have 30 patients.Treated group were treated by TUR vaporization combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy treatment,while control group were just treated with TUR vaporization.Results： No recurrent happened in treated group while 12 recurrent happened in control group.Conclusion： Clinical manifestations,B-ultrasound and cystoscopy can be used as the initial diagnosis of cystitis glandularis,while pathological diagnosis should be used as the final confirmation of cystitis glandularis.TUR vaporization combined with postoperative intravesical chemotherapy treatment is the most effective way to treat the cystitis glandularis.
