摘    要:对18-76岁正常成人103人的X线蝶鞍正,侧位片进行了蝶鞍深径,前后径,宽径,侧位面积和体积的测量,用IBMPC/XT089型电子计算机对数据进行逐步回归分析处理,筛选出推算体积的最佳因子。

Abstract:One hundred and three (male 67, female 36) adult (18~76 years old) X ray films with an-teroposteror or lateral aspect were used to study the volume of sella turcica. Its depth? breadth and antero-posterior dimention were measured. The data were treated with the computer (IBM PC/XT089 type). X3(breadth) and X4(area of lateral aspect) were found to be a significant factor in calculating its volume. The multiple correlative coefficinet is r = G. 990, P((0. 0001. The step-wise regressive equation is then formulated as Y=-1358. 20+50. 69X3 + 13. 44X4(mm3), which can be applied to calculate the volume of sella turcica of adults.
