| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痔瘘熏洗颗粒的毒性反应和评价其毒性大小。方法:采用家兔肛门粘膜,家兔完整或破损皮肤、豚鼠皮肤涂抹不同浓度的痔瘘熏洗颗粒混悬液,观察该药对肛门粘膜、皮肤有无刺激性和过敏性。采用大鼠直肠给予痔瘘熏洗粉混悬液,观察其对大鼠的急性毒性作用。结果:肉眼观察和病理检查均表明该药外用对家兔肛门粘膜、肛周皮肤和背部完整和破损皮肤均未显示局部刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤未显示过敏性反应,大鼠直肠给予3.84g干膏粉/kg亦未见明显毒性。结论:该制剂毒性小,安全性高。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the adverse effects and acute toxicity of Zhilou Xunxi Granules by external application and enema. METHODS: The irritative response and allergic reactions were observed by painting the suspensive solution of Zhilou Xunxi Granules in different concentration on anus mucous membrane of normal and worn skin of rabbits, and normal skin of guinea pigs. The acute toxicity was determined by injecting the suspension into the rectum of rats. RESULTS: There were no irritative response observed by naked eyes, no pathological change was detected under microscope in rabbits. There was no allergic reaction found in guinea pigs. No acute reaction existed in rats. CONCLUSION: The external local administration of Zhilou Xunxi Granules is safe and low-toxic. |
