肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现

目的：探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的特征性CT表现。方法：回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的节细胞神经瘤的CT表现,并结合相关文献,讨论其影像特征。结果：肿瘤位于肾上腺区,4例位于右侧,1例位于左侧,其中1例病灶内有点状钙化。肿瘤直径3.5~10.9 cm,平均5.4 cm,呈卵圆形,有完整包膜,肿瘤边界清晰,无周围软组织和血管侵犯征象。平扫呈较均匀低密度,CT平均值28.3 HU;动脉期增强CT平均值32.4 HU;门脉期CT平均值38.6 HU。结论：肾上腺节细胞神经瘤有一定的CT影像学特点,确诊仍依赖组织病理学。

CT fingding of adrenal ganglioneuroma

Objective:To explore the CT features of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods:The CT findings of 5 cases with adrenal ganglioneuroma surgically proved were retrospectively analysed.Correlated literatures were introduced to discuss their imaging characteristics.Results:Of the neupasms at the area of adrenal gland,4 were at right,1were at left,and calcifications was found in 1case.The diameter of the tumor were from 3.5 cm to 10.9 cm with a mean of 5.4 cm;they were all oval with complete envelope and well defined margins and without evident invasion of the surrounding organs.CT attenuation of the tumor was homogeneouely low,with a mean of 28.3 HU,AP and PVP was slightly intensified with a mean of 32.4 HU and 38.6 HU.Conclusion:The CT findings of the adrenal ganglioneuroma are somewhat specific but final diagnosis should still be relied on pathlogy.
