鼠疫经海港传播的可能性因素分析

本文针对海港的特点，对可能引起鼠疫传播的人员、船舶．集装箱货物等因素做了具体分析并提出：为能有效控制鼠疫的发生、传播和蔓延，应加强鼠疫疫情监测及灭鼠灭蚤工作，控制疫区船只，做好检疫查验，应用先进监测手段控制鼠类种群和密度，创建巩固无鼠害港、无鼠害船队，树立大卫生观，提倡全社会参与，共同做好鼠疫的检疫监测工作。

An Analysis of the Propable Factors Causing the Epidemic of the Plague Through Seaports and the Counter Measure of Quarantine and Supervision

According to the characteristic of seaports, the article makes an analysis of the factors which will propably lead to the epidemic of the plague among people, ships and the goods in containers, and it puts for-word that, in order to put the occurrance, spread and outbreak of the plague under effective control, we should strengthen the work of supervision of the plague, deratting and defleaing, controlling the ship from the plague regions, as well as of quaraatine and inspection. We should pay attention to the control of rat's species and density with advanced methods of supervision, maintaining the ports and the ships in such a condition as free of rodents and the plague vectors, enhancing every one's sense of sanitation, and calling the whole society to work together and devote ourselves whole-heartedly to the quarantine and supervision of the plague.
