医学本科生临床实践能力的综合培养

目前医学本科生在临床实践能力的培养方面存在着内容和方法上的局限性和单一性。为了进一步提高高等医学院校本科生的临床实践能力,适应当前医学模式的发展,在临床实践教学过程中,应注意提高医学本科生临床实践的综合能力:更新教学观念和教育思想;提高诊疗技术,加强诊断思维的培养;改进教学方法与教学手段;临床实践与科研能力培养相结合;体现人文精神。

Comprehensive Training of Medical Undergraduate Students' Clinical Ability

At present, cultivation of medical students＇ clinical ability has limits and singleness in content and method. To further upgrade medical undergraduates＇ clinical practice ability to adapt to the development of current medical model, we should focus in the teaching process on improving medical undergraduates＇ comprehensive clinical ability, updating teaching concept and educational theory, enhancing diagnosis and treatment technology and strengthening cultivation of diagnostic thinking, improving methods and means of teaching, combining clinical practice with development of research capacity, and embodying the humanistic spirit.
