加味痛泻要方对小鼠小肠推进及药物性腹泻的影响

目的:观察加味痛泻要方的小肠推进、致泻等药理作用。方法:①将72只小鼠随机分成6组,即正常对照组、空白模型组、阿托品组、加味痛泻要方低、中、高剂量组,各组分别予以生理盐水、阿托品及不同浓度的加味痛泻要方,分别计算小鼠小肠炭末推进百分率。②另取小鼠75只,随机分为5组:空白模型组、补中益气汤组、加味痛泻要方低、中、高剂量组,各组分别予以生理盐水、补中益气汤及不同浓度的加味痛泻要方,以粪点法记录小鼠排便情况,并行统计学分析。结果:加味痛泻要方对小鼠小肠推进亢进有明显的拮抗作用,其高剂量组致泻率明显降低。结论:加味痛泻要方能减少肠蠕动,对腹泻有一定的抑制作用。

Effect of Jiawei Tongxie Decoction on Small Intestinal Accentuation and Medicamentosus Diarrhea of Mice

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Tongxie decoction on small intestinal accentuation of mice. Methods:①72 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, atropine group, Jiawei Tongxie decoction treatment group 1(low dosage),group 2(medium dosage), group 3(high dosage).The movement of small intestine with a mark of charcoal was observed after treatment.②75 mice were randomized into model group, Buzhong Yiqi decoction group, Jiawei Tongxie decoction treatment group 1(low dosage), group 2(medium dosage), group 3(high dosage). After treatment, the quantity of defecation was observed. Results: Jiawei Tongxie decoction could inhibit the small intestinal accentuation of mice. The quantity of defecation of Jiawei Tongxie decoction high dosage group mice lowered obviously and the difference was significant compared with Buzhong Yiqi decoction group and model group. Conclusion: Jiawei Tongxie decoction could decrease small intestinal motility and restrain diarrhea.
